Salem Al-Awi is Director of General Services at Qatar Foundation’s City Operations, with more than 15 years of experience across engineering, facilities management, asset reliability, and service transformation. His work supports the development of efficient and sustainable operating models across Education City, including initiatives in energy management, smart metering and SCADA, IoT, automation, AI-enabled recycling, and service digitization. He holds an MBA in Strategic Business from HEC Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
