International Women's Day

2022 International Women’s Day’s theme is #BreakTheBias, highlighting how all of us have a role to play in bringing out a gender equal world, free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. Indeed, whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead, especially in the building of their working lives. Knowing that bias exists is only part of the picture; we need to take action in order to forge a genuinely inclusive world. And we all can play our part at our own level.

That is why the French Embassy and the French Business Council invite prominent Qatari and French women to share their experience of gender equality and bias, and their ideas to help build women’s equality and sorority, in the light of their inspiring carrier.
