Innovation through Diversity

The French Embassy in Qatar, HEC Paris in Qatar and CCI France Qatar are collaborating to build a roadmap demonstrating good practices in Qatar & GCC

As innovation is up front and center for most organizations, knowing how to unlock new ideas and thinking is a new learning area for leaders and their teams. Creating innovative cultures is not a plug-and-play approach, however, successful organizations share traits that make innovation more accessible and part of their DNA. 

To mark IWD 2023 the French Embassy in Qatar, HEC Paris in Qatar and the French Business Council are collaborating to run an event called: Innovation through diversity.

The format of the session is as follows:

• Date: February 28, from 10 am to 12.30, followed by a networking lunch
• location: The Ned, Doha
• 50 participants holding roles in Innovation, Transformation... from international companies, and French and Qatari government entities.
• Aim: 2 participants from each organization (male and female).

• Keynote speech by Dr. Noora Fetais
• Participants will join roundtables to discuss 3 questions about innovation and diversity.
• Questions and moderation by Dr. Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj

The outcome of this event will be a roadmap demonstrating good practices in Qatar and the GCC region to support the innovation and diversity agenda. An article will be written by Dr. Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj, professor at HEC Paris and Forbes writer, and published for International Women's day.
