Qatar's ambassador to France Sheikh Ali bin Jassim al-Thani inaugurated Qatar’s pavilion at the MENART Fair for Modern and Contemporary Art, which aims to showcase the works of artists from the Middle East and Maghreb countries, and was organised at Paris’s Cornette de Saint Cyr.
During a tour of the exhibition, along with MENART Fair director Laure d'Hauteville, the ambassador stressed that Qatar’s participation in the event is a reflection of the richness of artistic and cultural exchanges between Qatar and France, contributing to deepening relations between the two countries at all levels.
Entities taking part in the exhibition included the Eiwan Al Gassar Gallery, a prominent platform in the regional and local artistic and cultural scene in Qatar, which exhibited the works of talented Qatari visual artists Shuaa Ali and Ahmed Noah.
