Inspired by the exclusivity of one of the world’s most iconic ports where yachts anchor along the famed shores of the French Riviera, this version of the restaurant’s popular brunch continues to be a weekend favorite for those seeking collectable lifestyle experiences elevated with a sweeping view of the Arabian gulf.
Accompanying guests on a culinary voyage around the world’s most sought-after coastal destinations, Frozé Brunch departed from the port of Okinawa in Japan and has set sail for St Tropez, where the second iteration of this creative gastronomic concept takes up residence. The Frozé Brunch St. Tropez Edition presents a refined menu that artfully fuses Pan‑Asian and Mediterranean flavors, celebrating the idyllic coastal lifestyle of lingering over fine food and enjoying al fresco dining.
Priced from QAR 350 per person, guests can expect an enticing array of sushi, cold and hot starters, main courses and desserts, each influenced by the quintessential breezy allure of the Côte d’Azur. Capturing the ethos of European cuisine, fares such as Seabass del sol, Balfego Bluefin tuna crudo and Charred Mediterranean octopus, feature the freshest seafood and finest ingredients. An homage to the region, the St Tropez miso verde salad and St Tropez sweet & tangy chicken have been crafted to reflect the essence of the French Riviera. Artful presentation, stylish decor and a rarified ambience, all play into the evocative draw of life above deck.
