Sandra is an HR consultant and career development specialist with over ten years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and training, including several years at Amazon in France.
Through her company La Boussole Pro, she supports both individuals — particularly military personnel in career transition — and organizations in managing and developing their talents.
Her mission is to help each person better understand their strengths, structure their skills, and give meaning to their professional journey, through tailor-made career assessments and HR and labor law consulting.
Based in Doha, she also provides online HR training for students from undergraduate to master’s level (Bac+2 to Bac+5) with Les Grandes Écoles Digitales.
