Since relocating to Qatar in 2023, she has established her own independent HR consultancy, supporting individuals with career assessments, job searches, and academic guidance for teenagers, while also advising companies on career management and employee development strategies.
Passionate about nurturing talent and shaping career paths, Sandra also teaches HR at the master’s level.
Since 2025, she has been facilitating Boost’Emploi workshops with CCI France Qatar, where she shares her HR expertise and practical insights to help expatriate spouses relaunch or redirect their careers.
