Understanding the professional culture in Qatar: the keys to integrate

This workshop was led by Estelle Roure, Head Coach at FADFAD. 
During the session, not only Estelle went through cultural elements of khaleeji culture (from the Gulf) but she gave more global keys to be able to work with the different cultures here in Qatar, whether American and British or Indian. Her approach allows also to better understand French business culture and mindset and be able to get greater awareness of where to stand when dealing with all different cultures. 
At any level here in Qatar, our teams are pluri-cultural; understanding one’s mindset and business culture allows us to gain in efficiency to communicate, negotiate, manage our teams and colleagues, and deal with conflicts.
