Best practice: how Accor develops team spirit

Hani Hakkari, General Manager of the Alwadi MGallery hotel, shares the best practices implemented in his hotel and tells us about the collaboration between the Accor group hotels in Doha

In addition to setting up daily meetings with his employees, who are in regular contact with customers, Hani shares with us (images below) all the good practices implemented in his hotel, essential for the morale and safety of both employees and customers.

The hotel benefits from Accor's support for crisis management. Head Office video calls take place very regularly, and a 24-hour hotline has been set up. In Doha, the Movenpick, also an Accor group hotel, transferred its customers to the Alwadi, to be able to accommodate only travelers in quarantine.
