June Networking: CCI Luncheon
This Tuesday, we had the pleasure of bringing our members together in the exceptional setting of the Altitude Club Lounge at the Banyan Tree, offering breathtaking views of Doha Bay. An elegant and inspiring setting, perfectly suited to a luncheon dedicated to sharing and personal enrichment.
This event was an opportunity to welcome a new speaker from Expat' Immo, a long-standing partner of our events, to address a topic particularly relevant to our community:
"Expatriates: How to build sustainable rental income to strengthen your independence and secure your future."
In just 10 minutes, William Demoustier, founder and manager of Expat' Immo, captured the audience's attention with practical advice on remote real estate investing, strategic debt financing, and tax optimization for non-residents. A valuable sharing of experience, drawn from more than 11 years of living abroad.
Following the presentation, the discussion continued with an informal networking session, allowing participants to ask the speaker questions and strengthen ties between members in a warm and professional atmosphere.
