The French Republic is set to participate in Milipol Qatar 2024, with the largest foreign pavilion in this extraordinary global event in the field of homeland security and civil defense. The event will kick off in Doha from Oct. 29-30, 2024.
Comprising 24 firms, the French pavilion shines a spotlight on the cutting-edge technologies available in cybersecurity, protection of critical infrastructure, as well as counter-terrorism.
HE Ambassador of the French Republic to the State of Qatar, Jean-Baptiste Favre, said the Qatar-France security relationship earned significant momentum with the visit of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to France last February, during which new agreements were signed, emphasizing that the Qatari-French cooperation to secure the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games was the key landmark.
