CFO Club: Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Crisis Management
A first workshop edition for the CFO Club, held in the spirit of dialogue and peer exchange.
On 18 May, the CFO Club of CCI France Qatar brought together around fifteen members - CFOs and General Managers - at the offices of Forvis Mazars in West Bay, for the first edition of the CFO Club in workshop format.
In the current regional context, the challenges of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Crisis Management are no longer theoretical. It is in this spirit that Omer F. Baysal, Technology & Digital Consulting Partner at Forvis Mazars, facilitated an open, confidential session firmly grounded in operational reality.
One key takeaway emerged from the discussions: organisational resilience extends well beyond the financial dimension alone. In the face of uncertainty, it is a cross-functional approach — operational, technological and strategic — that makes the difference.
The evening concluded with a convivial dinner at Spice Market, allowing the conversation to continue in a more relaxed setting.
