The prestigious pastry chef Mikael Turgne has recently joined the kitchens of W Doha, bringing with him a rich and refined culinary heritage. Originally from Cognac, near Bordeaux, Mikael grew up immersed in a family tradition where the love for pastry runs deep. With a father who was a pastry chef and a grandfather who was a baker, his path in the world of sweet creations seemed destined.
After completing three years of pastry studies in France, Mikael ventured to Ireland, a key step in his career. Always seeking new experiences, he then moved to Cyprus, where he quickly made a name for himself as a private chef on some of the world’s most luxurious yachts.

For Mikael, W Doha is much more than just a new opportunity; it is the chance to bring pastry excellence to life and share his passion with a new audience. A bright future awaits this visionary chef, ready to dazzle with his sweet creations and his flair for innovation.
