Natalie YacoubianCEO and Country Head – BNP Paribas, Qatar Exco Member of BNP Paribas MEA Board

Natalie has close to 25 years of international investment banking experience spanning Europe, Middle East and Asia and servicing large international institutional and corporate clients.

She is the CEO of BNP Paribas in Qatar and an executive committee member of the BNP Paribas MEA board.

Natalie joined BNP Paribas early in her career as an EMEA Relationship Manager in the Corporate and Institutional Banking division. She has worked in several senior roles across the globe including as Senior Banker, APAC Head of Upstream Oil & Gas based in Singapore and as a Principal & ExCo Member of the CIB Consulting team in BNP Paribas Paris working on the banks global strategy.

Although her background is in finance, she has also worked extensively in Consulting & Strategy in areas of Digital Transformation, innovation, Change Management and Business Development. Natalie is also a qualified Executive Coach. When asked why executive coaching as a banker? Her answer is: “My passion lies in Shaping Ideas, Growing Talent & Building Tomorrow. Identifying with several cultures & having lived in several countries throughout my life has shown me that collaboration and connection to people are core ingredients to elevated collective performance ‘

Natalie has many areas of interests such as travel, yoga and hiking. When she isn’t with her family, friends or working out you’ll find her reading! She says that as an eternal student of life, her moto is to continuously stay curious and learn!
