Mickaël has more than 20 years of experience in consulting services, especially in an international environment. He is in charge of project management and quality assurance. His expertise involves transformation projects, including strategy selection and implementation projects for large and medium-size companies and changed management. He has a deep knowledge of ISO implementation assignments. Mickaël has been part of the team who has built of the Mazars Competence Center for delivering technology consulting as RPA, Process Mining, Task Mining. He is also the head of digital consulting for Central Europe.
