Marie FrancolinPresident of Saur Services

Marie Francolin is President of Saur Services, a business unit of the Saur Group dedicated to drought management, water resilience and climate adaptation. Saur Services employs 650 people and develops innovative solutions that help public and private stakeholders secure water resources, strengthen environmental performance and adapt critical infrastructure to the impacts of climate change.

Since joining Saur in 2021, Marie has held several executive leadership positions, notably serving as Senior Executive Vice-President for Strategy and Sustainability at Group level before assuming the leadership of Saur Services in 2024.

Prior to joining Saur, Marie held several senior positions within the French government, including as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Minister of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as in ministerial and presidential offices.

Marie also teaches strategy at Sciences Po, where she shares her experience at the intersection of public policy, business transformation and leadership. She is also a regular speaker on water resilience, climate adaptation and innovative solutions to address the growing challenges of water scarcity.
