What a success for the Women Leadership Committee!
The power of connections for leveraging success
In a world that is becoming increasingly interconnected, the importance of building strong networks and connections cannot be overstated. The Women Leadership Committee organized a remarkable event last night where this theme took center stage.
The discussions were led by Pr. Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj, Associate Professor at HEC Paris in Qatar and president of our Women Leadership Committee. Alongside him, Najat ElMahdy, Director of Strategy, Organizational Development & HR for the Qatar Financial Center Regulatory Authority (QFCRA), Natalie Yacoubian, Country Head for BNP Paribas in Qatar, and Sandrine Lescaroux, Director of CCI France Qatar.
Each of the speakers brought their unique perspectives and experiences to the forefront, highlighting the diverse ways in which connections have shaped their leadership journeys.
