Lobster Night at Mosaic - Mandarin Oriental

Nine lively show kitchens showcase flavours from across Asia, Europe and the Middle East with a selection of specially crafted dishes featuring live Canadian lobster as the star ingredient.

Menu highlights include lobster and avocado sushi, Peruvian style lobster and mango ceviche, lobster thermidor, lobster and tomato pide, tandoori lobster kebab.

Every Wednesday,  Starting 13 November 6 to 11pm
