The HR Club gathered on Thursday, May 2nd, to discuss Artificial Intelligence.

The HR Club focused on artificial intelligence and its role in HF functions.

The recent HR Club conference, held in collaboration with HEC Paris au Qatar, was a great success by bringing together more than fifty human resources managers and directors at the HEC Paris premises in Qatar.

The conference showcased a panel of speakers who offered valuable insights on integrating artificial intelligence into HR strategies.

Professor Wolfgang Amann, from HEC Paris in Qatar, examined the potential of AI in revolutionizing the evaluation and enhancement of essential adaptability skills required in the ever-evolving business environment of today.

Charles Vincent from A101 shared practical insights by illustrating real-world applications and the tangible benefits of AI in HR processes.
