We are delighted to welcome Marion Pommelet as a new coach to the CCIFQ. 

With a double degree in Management and Human Resources, Marion Pommelet has 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field in France.

Arriving in Qatar in 2021, Marion has herself built her professional project abroad and experienced the job search in Qatar.

Marion has a keen interest in coaching people, individually or within organizations. 

She is currently in charge of Campus France for the French Embassy in Qatar and will soon be certified as a professional coach in France and abroad.

"During a period of doubt, I discovered the French Business Council's workshops. These Boost'Emploi sessions were a very rich moment of exchange for me. It allowed me to meet people from different backgrounds who had the same employment objective as me and a similar situation. 

The interactive format was very useful, it allowed me to really mix theory and practice and to realize the mistakes I could have made consciously or not.
The feedback given by the facilitator provided valuable tips with real explanations, examples and a willingness to listen. 

The different topics covered were a great way to discover and understand a little more about the job market in Doha. Six months after my arrival in Qatar I was able to get a job due in large part to these workshops. Special thanks to Céline from the French Business Council who made the link between the company and me and thanks to whom I am currently employed.

My main message: don't hesitate to go and meet the French in Doha, to take part in this type of scheme - the CCI is a very good gateway.
