CCI France Qatar brings together HR Directors from the community for an exceptional meeting
In light of the current regional context, CCI France Qatar organised an exceptional online HR Roundtable, bringing together around twenty HR leaders from member companies.
This session provided an open and confidential space for discussion, enabling HR professionals to share field feedback, express their concerns, and discuss the challenges their organisations are currently facing.
Several key topics were addressed during the exchange, including:
- current work arrangements implemented within companies (office presence, remote work, or hybrid models),
- the management of specific situations affecting employees,
- the main challenges companies are encountering in this context,
- as well as the sharing of practices and safety guidelines implemented to ensure business continuity and the wellbeing of employees.
Beyond the topics discussed, the meeting highlighted the value of peer-to-peer dialogue and the importance for companies to openly exchange experiences and best practices.
By bringing together members of the French business community in Qatar, CCI France Qatar continues to play its role as a platform for dialogue and support, encouraging information sharing, mutual assistance, and collective reflection on current challenges.
