🌿 CCI France Qatar joins the Qatar Sustainability Week 2025 as a Community Partner
As part of Qatar Sustainability Week 2025, the CCI France Qatar is proud to join as a Community Partner of this national event dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
On this occasion, we will have the privilege of taking one of our members, CMA-CGM, to participate in an inspiring field initiative — the Mangrove Restoration Project, organized by Earthna.
This ambitious project aims to restore and replant over 40 hectares of mangrove forests, essential for preserving coastal biodiversity and capturing CO₂.
Beyond its scientific dimension, the project also seeks to raise awareness about the protection and preservation of nature.
Participants will take part in several activities depending on the needs of the project, including:
🌱 Caring for young seedlings
🌿 Maintaining coastal nursery structures
📍 Mapping and geo-tagging mangroves
🌾 Planting for afforestation and reforestation
By taking part in this meaningful and long-term initiative, CCI France Qatar and its members reaffirm their commitment to actively contributing to Qatar’s environmental transition, in line with the country’s Vision 2030.
