A Wrap-Up of a Rich, Engaging, and Inspiring Edition

On Sunday, the Institut Français du Qatar hosted the final workshop of the Boost’Emploi program, dedicated to “Employment Contracts and Salary Negotiation.”

Beyond the legal dimension, this session provided an opportunity to discuss local norms, market expectations, and the strategies needed to negotiate one’s package in Qatar with confidence and effectiveness.

This fifth workshop marks the conclusion of a structured five-step cycle designed to support expatriate spouses in their professional integration in Qatar.
Over the past weeks, participants have worked on defining their career project, building their application tools, showcasing their skills, and activating their network — all essential components for a successful job search in a dynamic and competitive market.

They now have all the resources and methodologies required to approach the next steps of their professional journey in Qatar with clarity and confidence.

A huge thank you to Sandra Suchet da Silva, founder of La Boussole Pro, for her constant support, her pedagogy, and her insightful guidance throughout the program.
Her HR expertise has helped each participant progress with clarity and confidence.

Our thanks also go to Mohamed Bribi, Branch Manager at Vulcain Qatar, for joining the participants during this final workshop. His testimony on the realities of entrepreneurship in Qatar, along with his practical advice on the local job market, offered participants a concrete and complementary perspective.

In the coming weeks, the CCI France Qatar will publish a dedicated HR newsletter featuring the participants’ profiles and CVs.
This tool aims to facilitate their connection with companies in our network and actively support their professional integration.

The Boost’Emploi program reflects the CCI France Qatar’s commitment to supporting the professional development of French-speaking talent and strengthening the link between local expertise and corporate needs.

We warmly congratulate all participants for their dedication and engagement, and we remain at their disposal to continue supporting them in the months ahead.
